Shipping
*Currently, we are able to ship USPS, Fedex, and UPS.
*Items are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
*Timeline listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. Once order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking info. Exuberant Co. is not responsible once the package has been marked as delivered. If your package has been marked "Delivered", and you did not receive your package, please follow up with your local carrier's office. All delivery timing is based solely on shipping carriers/companies. Please be mindful of shipping delays are out of our control. However, we'll do our best to hit processing time with our small team here, in Los Angeles. (This may be delayed 1-2 days during special occasions such as promotions and holidays). Again, please be patient with us, as we are a small team, but we promise to do our best to process orders as fast as possible.
*Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. If you made an error on address info, please contact us within an hour upon placing an order, and we'll do our best to assist you.
*International Shipping: All import duties and VAT charges are not included in your order total. The Exuberant Co. assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, shipping fees if they are refused or returned. International sales are final. No exceptions.
RETURNS
*Returns will be accepted from purchases within 10 days of purchase date for store credit only. Please contact us to obtain "Return Authorization" before shipping any items back. Credit will be issued after your return has been processed (received and checked in). All return costs are paid by the customers unless the item is defective, or a shipping error had occurred.
*Please note, certain items such as special orders, accessories, special sales, and FINAL sales, are non-refundable (no credit, refund or exchanges). Do not ship items back if they do not meet return criteria. Again, please contact us for "Return Authorization" before any returns. All failed return packages will be shipped back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
*Exuberant Co. store credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited.
*Damage claims on package/shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
